Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, then typically take 10-16 business days to arrive. Our products ship from our manufacturing partners overseas, so this is longer than a domestic warehouse would be. We'd rather tell you now than have you wondering on day nine.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order, to the US and Canada.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. Tracking can take 3-5 days to start updating — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If you ordered multiple items they may ship separately. No extra charge to you.
What if it never arrives?
Email us at ramydriaof@gmail.com. If it's been more than 30 days since dispatch, we'll chase the carrier or replace or refund it.
Returns and refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email us to start a return.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us with a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right — no need to ship anything back first.
About the cat fountain
Is it actually quiet?
The pump is designed to run quietly enough for a bedroom. Water does make some sound as it falls — that's the point, it's what attracts your cat. If the pump itself ever starts humming loudly, that usually means the water level is low or the filter needs changing.
How often do I clean it?
Rinse the bowl every few days and do a full clean weekly. Steel components are dishwasher-safe. Every part that touches water comes out — no tools needed.
How often do filters need replacing?
Roughly every 3-4 weeks depending on your water and how many pets use it. The 8-filter bundle covers about six months.
My cat won't go near it. Now what?
Give it a few days. Put it where the old bowl was and leave the bowl out alongside it at first — most cats investigate once the novelty wears off. Cats who already drink from taps usually take to it fastest.
Will it work for my dog?
Yes, for small dogs. At 2.2L a larger dog will empty it quickly.
Does it need batteries?
No — it runs from a 5V USB power supply.
Health questions
Will this prevent kidney problems in my cat?
No, and we won't tell you otherwise. A fountain encourages cats to drink more by keeping water fresh and moving. That's genuinely useful. It is not a medical device and it does not treat or prevent any condition. If you're worried about your cat's hydration or health, please talk to your vet.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched we can usually change it.
Do you charge customs duties?
For Canadian orders, any import duties are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in the price.
